Why are headaches so common?
There are so many different types and causes of headache. Anything which irritates nerves around the face, head and neck can lead to ‘pain’ in the head.
What common things ‘trigger’ headaches?
Headaches can be triggered by sinus problems, throat and nose infections, dehydration, poor posture and stress. Loud music and certain foods or additives may also initiate headache.
Do we just have to ‘live with’ headaches?

Can I prevent headaches?
Headache is a symptom of upset within your system. This means that there may be a number of ‘triggers’ which cause them. Keeping a headache diary to help identify and avoid known triggers. Maintain a healthy lifestyle through eating regularly, sleeping well and exercising.
